! Welcome to The Art &
Sport of Kenpo Karate, Kenpo Karate bridges
ancient fighting concepts with modern scientific
principles to create a powerful form of self
defense. Students will start at a basic level with
stances, maneuvers, blocks, kicks and punches;
then, move to more advanced levels with techniques
or a combination of the basics. The system we teach
is the IKCA curriculum. There are 55 self defense
techniques in this system. They are put together in
a Kata or what we call The Master Form. This form
is what is required for Black Belt. Students have the ability
to earn belt rank and eventually their prestigious
Black Belt. All belt ranks are certified with the
International Karate Connection Association under
Chuck Sullivan and Vic Leroux both 10th Degree
Black Belts and Grandmasters of the IKCA
Curriculum. The Summer Kenpo Semester June 1st - August 31st Youth
